Memphis Minnie's is a dining and take-out experience based on the 1940's blues artist Memphis Minnie. The concept of the brand is to showcase the ladylike exterior and ruggedness of the artist. Memphis Minnie was well known for being a polished professional, she was also known to be very "ladylike" and a tough woman who chewed tobacco during her performances.
